Winter Edition: Self-care 101

Winter does not have to be dreadful, try any one of the below tips and see if you could feel a difference in your day to day! 

 

Start your day with something you love

 

For the fall and winter season, I love starting my day with a good cup of java. But not just you’re regular kind of coffee, I’m talking about a homemade pumpkin spice coffee! I spice up my coffee with a teaspoon of pumpkin, a splash of almond milk and a dash of pumpkin pie spices. It’s so nice to wake up to something tasty that will perk you up! 

 

Baths and body butter

 

With the cooler temperature, treat yourself with a nice long bath and once you’re done, while your body is still a bit damp apply a rich body butter like the ATMA Carnelian Sandalwood Moon Butter. The elegant scent of sandalwood will follow you nicely throughout your day and by applying something so rich to your body when your skin is damp will allow moisture trap to the surface of your skin to keep your body feeling nice and soft. 

 

Head massages

 

Give your head some love!
