I am very passionate about being able to introduce mindfulness and yoga to kids. I have taught kids at summers camps, class rooms, and private settings. I believe yoga and mindfulness practices can be offered to kids as tools, to empower them to find alternative ways to live a healthy and happier life. I have witnessed first-hand just how receptive kids are with mindfulness practices and the idea of being still. I highly encourage starting young (and those young at heart) to try yoga - there are truly no age-limits!
