Yoga and gratitude go hand in hand. An authentic yoga practice requires compassion, gratitude, and forgiveness. My Gratitude Yoga Workshops provide tools and practices for students to incorporate into their daily lives. It is also a networking event where you can meet like-minded individuals that have a common goal of betterment. I collaborated with Choose Gratitude in Summer, 2017. Where I invited Diviya, the Founder of Choose Gratitude to open for my Workshop in Toronto. We began the workshop with Diviya sharing her insightful tips and tricks to live a more gratifying life, followed by an hour of heart-opening yoga sequence to stimulate inner peace and compassion within oneself.
